Jay's World Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Jay's World 411! We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, from browsing our unique designs to receiving your order at your doorstep.
As all our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we work with a third-party print-on-demand partner, Printify, to fulfill your orders. This allows us to offer a wide range of designs and products without holding physical inventory, which in turn helps us reduce waste and offer you competitive prices.
Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and shipped.
1. Order Processing Time

Production: Each item is custom-made after you place your order. The average production time is 2-7 business days for apparel and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

Fulfillment Notification: Once your order is produced and ready to be shipped, you will receive a separate email with your tracking information.
Note: Production times may be longer during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to communicate any significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items, your shipping address, and the selected shipping method. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.

Standard Shipping:

United States: Estimated delivery in 3-6 business days after the order has been shipped.

International: Estimated delivery in 10-30 business days after the order has been shipped. (Please note that international shipping times can vary significantly depending on customs and local postal services.)

Some products may have an express shipping option available at checkout for an additional fee.

Estimated delivery times for express shipping will be provided at checkout.

Note: The delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
3. International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. Please be aware of the following when placing an international order:

Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Customs Delays: Packages may be held by customs for an extended period, which can cause delays in delivery.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is refused by the recipient or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it may be returned to the Printify fulfillment center. We will not be able to offer a refund for the shipping costs in such cases.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress on the carrier's website.
5. Multiple Shipments
Because we use Printify's network of different print providers, your order may be split into multiple shipments. For example, a t-shirt may be printed and shipped from one location, while a mug is printed and shipped from another.

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive at different times and in separate packages.

You will receive a separate shipping notification and tracking number for each package.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at askjaysworld411@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the damaged item and the packaging so we can assess the situation and assist you with a replacement or refund.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted to production, we are unable to change or cancel it. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at askjaysworld411@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet been sent to production.
